Wet Walk - Die einzigartige Bodenfolie für Nasszonen

Die selbstklebende Folie für den Nassbereich wird für kurz- bis längerfristige Verklebungen eingesetzt. Das Material kann auf verschiedensten Oberflächen einfach verlegt und auch nach langem Einsatz rückstandslos wieder entfernt werden. 

Bi der Wet Walk Folie handelt es sich um einen flexiblen, dimensionsstabilen Antirutschbelag mit feiner Kunststoffgranulatbeschichtung. Die Rückseite ist mit einem druckempfindlichen Kleber auf Gummibasis ausgestattet, der wiederum durch einen abziehbaren Liner geschützt ist. Das Produkt zeichnet sich durch die sichere und extrem rutschhemmende Oberfläche, die Chemikalienbeständigkeit sowie die Langlebigkeit aus. Zudem lässt sich das Produkt leicht und schnell verlegen und ist besonders fussfreundlich durch die fein strukturierte Oberfläche. Der wasserfeste Kleber und die damit verbundene Dauerhaftigkeit der Folie garantieren eine vielseitige Verwendbarkeit. Die Folie entspricht den Anforderungen der Europa-Norm DIN/EN. Aufgrund der Verbesserung bei den technischen Eigenschaften im Gebrauchszustand eignet sich die Folie besonders für den Einsatz bei Langzeitwerbung. 
 

Anwendungsbereiche

Die Folie kann auf allen glatten Oberflächen im Barfuss- und Nasszonenbereich, in Duschräumen, Duschtassen, Bädern, Saunen etc. angewendet werden. 
 

Haltbarkeit

Das Produkt eignet sich für die Barfussbegehung in Nasszonen. Die Haltbarkeit ist abhängig von der einwandfreien Verlegungsweise, insbesondere vom sorgfältigen Andrücken, von der Beschaffenheit der zu beklebenden Oberfläche und von der Frequentierung der Fläche. 
 

Lagerfähigkeit

Die Wet Walk Folie sollte in geschlossener Verpackung vorzugweise bei Temperaturen zwischen 15°C und 30°C sowie einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von 50 bis 60% gelagert werden. Die Verarbeitung des Produktes muss innerhalb von 3 Jahren beginnend mit dem auf der Verpackung angegebenen Datum erfolgen.  
 

Garantie

Das Produkt wurde unter zahlreichen Bedingungen getestet und hat seine Beständigkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit unter Beweis gestellt. Die Produktgarantie endet automatisch, sobald das Produkt auf die Oberfläche gebracht wurde, da eine Kontrollmöglichkeit hinsichtlich der Anwendungsbedingungen unmöglich ist.  
 

Recyclebarkeit

Die Wet Walk Folie kann nach Gebrauch verbrannt werden und ist wie Industrieabfall zu handhaben.

Description
CatWalk can be used for short and midterm bonding. The material is applicable indoor on various
surfaces and easy removable without residue even after long use. The foil consists of a dimension
stable film with a textured resilient surface. The reverse side is coated with a pressure sensitive
adhesive covered by a removable liner. The product provides a resilient, durable, slip resistant
surface for a large variety of applications. The foil is characterized by an extremely secure
and slip-resistant surface, a chemical resistance and longevity. Moreover, the quick and easy
portable product is extremely foot friendly. The waterproof adhesive and the therewith associated
durability of the foil guarantee a versatile usability. CatWalk has been approved and tested
by several test labs and is classified by the Euro-Norm as DIN/EN.

Durability
The durability depends on the way the product has been applied, in particular on careful press as
well as on the condition of the surface and the frequency of the area. We recommend a 3
months use for indoor or wet area applications.

Storage
It is recommended to store the product in the closed packaging preferable at a temperature of +15°C
to +30°C and a relative humidity in the range of 45% to 60%. The product has a shelf life of 24 month
after purchasing the material.

Waste handling
CatWalk can be burned after use and it is recommended to handle the production waste and the
used material as industrial waste.

Warranty
The product has been used in many places under all possible conditions and has proven its reliability
and performance. Since further circumstances such as application of the foil are not controllable,
all product warranty automatically ends as soon as the product has been applied to any
surface.

Printing method
The material can be colour printed with the digital or screen printing method and the use of solvent,
eco-solvent or UV curable inks.
